The story
Sterling Sharpe played seven seasons at receiver for Green Bay. In 1992 he led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
Green Bay selected Sharpe in the first round after his college career at South Carolina. He finished with 595 catches for 8,134 yards, five Pro Bowl selections and three first-team All-Pro honors.

Sharpe caught 108 passes in 1992 and broke his own single-season NFL record with 112 the following year. In 1994, he led the league with 18 receiving touchdowns. He entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2025.
