I-15 BRAND AUDIT · SEPTEMBER 22, 2026
Privacy & methodology
What we collect
The audit stores your submitted brand, public website, market and competitor URLs, the retrieved evidence and the resulting report. Unlocking a report also stores your name, email, company, consent choices and delivery status. A secure browser cookie connects you to your reports. A hashed network identifier helps limit abuse; the application does not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use these details to create and provide the report and manage your request. If you separately opt in, I-15 may contact you about its services. Marketing consent is optional and is not needed to unlock your report. Email and lead-system delivery only run when those integrations are configured. They receive the information needed for that purpose.
Public evidence and coverage
The scan reads the submitted HTTPS page, up to two linked brand pages, up to two linked stylesheets and up to three submitted comparison pages. It records public messaging, metadata, headings, image and logo candidates, CSS font and hex-color declarations, linked social channels and structured data. It does not log into any account or access private analytics. If search is configured, the brand and market are sent to the search provider to run up to two queries and discover up to sixteen results. Search snippets are clearly separated from independently retrieved website observations and are not treated as verified third-party claims. When AI web research is enabled, submitted public brand information and a limited website summary are sent to OpenAI to research public sources. Lead contact details are not included in that research request. The research runs asynchronously with bounded tool calls and output length. The report attributes AI-extracted claims to their public sources; sources may be indexed or cached.
Limits of the analysis
This is a bounded, non-random, surface-level sample. It cannot establish overall sentiment, brand reputation, market share, historical trends or business performance. Any tone chart classifies only the retained independent post/review excerpts with AI. Word-cloud counts use those excerpts only. Brand-owned posts and press-release syndication are not customer sentiment. Suggested competitors are research suggestions that require review. Observation dates are collection times, not publication dates. Content rendered only through JavaScript may not be visible to the scan. CSS declarations do not establish rendered appearance, approved brand identity or visual consistency. Logo candidates require confirmation. Website-hosted rating figures are self-published claims. Suggested next steps are recommendations to review, not measured outcomes.
Access, retention and deletion
Reports are accessible in the requesting browser after unlock, or through a private link. Anyone with that link can read the report. Links and report access expire after 30 days. The retention process removes expired reports and associated lead and delivery records. Copies you download or email can remain outside this service. Operational hosting logs and connected delivery providers follow their own retention settings. CRM contact copies may remain after report expiry and require deletion in that system too.
To request deletion, withdraw contact permission or ask about your data, email mgmt@interstate-15.com. Include the email used for your report; do not send sensitive information. This notice describes this audit tool, not unrelated services.
